QUINTESSENCE ® Gift Card
The gift card is offered for all services developed within the QUINTESSENCE ecosystem , depending on the care universe and the experience you wish to offer your recipient.
Each world has its own approach to the body, touch, and well-being:
SOVAÏÏ : body care & sound therapy;
HOONUA : Ma'ohi care and rituals;
ĀPAVEDA : Ayurvedic treatments and rituals;
ĀQUANUA : aquatic treatments and experiences.

Whether it is a therapeutic massage, an Ayurvedic ritual, a sound experience or wellness support, the gift card allows its recipient to choose the moment and treatment that best resonates with their needs.
How do I get the gift card?
1. Submit your request
Send us your request by email, SMS or WhatsApp, specifying:
• Your first name and email address;
• The first and last name of the beneficiary;
• The amount you wish to offer or the service chosen.
2. Confirmation of your request
You will receive confirmation of receipt within 24 hours, along with payment details.
3. Receiving your gift card
Once payment is made, your personalized gift card will be sent to you within 24 hours in digital format, ready to be given as a gift.
4. Booking the treatment
The recipient will then be able to book their wellness experience according to availability.
5. Using the gift card
The gift card is valid for all eligible services offered by QUINTESSENCE and can be used up to its value or the service offered.
Gift card terms and conditions
The gift card is valid for 12 months from its date of issue, unless otherwise stated on the card.
The gift card can be used for all services offered by QUINTESSENCE, up to the amount credited or the service indicated.
The gift card is neither refundable nor exchangeable for cash.
The gift card is nominative but can be transferred to a relative after prior notification of the salon.
In case of loss or theft, the gift card can only be replaced upon presentation of proof of purchase and if it has not already been used.
Any booking made with a gift card remains subject to the salon's usual booking, modification and cancellation conditions.
Gift cards can be used in addition to another payment method when the cost of the treatment is greater than the value of the card.
Gift cards cannot be combined with certain promotional offers or special discounts, unless otherwise stated.
Beyond the stated expiry date, the gift card will be considered expired and will not be eligible for any refund, extension or credit, except in exceptional circumstances as determined by management.
An identity document may be requested when using the gift card in order to verify the identity of the recipient.
