THE QUINTESSENCE CIRCLE

My story

The Quintessence of Life

Touch has been a part of my life since I was very young.

It is a precious heritage passed down by my Tūpuna, my Polynesian ancestors, who taught me that care is never simply a technical gesture. It is above all a presence, an intention, and a profoundly human way of connecting with the other person.

Throughout my journey, this intuition led me far beyond Polynesia, to India, where I devoted several months to the study of Ayurveda, Yoga, breathing, meditation and vibrational therapies.

These experiences have profoundly transformed my understanding of care.

Upon my return, one thing became clear: my path was not to choose between these traditions, but to make them engage in dialogue.

Bringing together Ma'ohi wisdom, the depth of Ayurveda and contemporary approaches to well-being in a coherent, profoundly human and vibrant vision.

It was from this encounter that The Quintessence of Life was born.

My philosophy of care

For a long time, I wondered why certain touches, certain vibrations, certain movements or certain spaces had this ability to profoundly transform our inner state.

Over time, I have come to understand that well-being does not reside in a single practice.

It arises from the encounter between different dimensions of life.

The vibration that restores harmony.

The touch that soothes.

Water that invites you to let go.

The transformation opens up new possibilities.

The substance that nourishes and anchors.

None of these dimensions is sufficient on its own.

Together, they form a holistic approach that supports the individual in their entirety.

It is this conviction that gave birth to La Quintessence du Vivant , a philosophy of care inspired by the five elements of Ayurveda.

Each element expresses an energy, a quality, and a unique way of supporting life. Together, they have become the guiding thread of everything I create.

THE QUINTESSENCE OF LIFE
Five elements. Five universes. One single philosophy of care.
