An immersion in Ayurvedic tradition through a complete body treatment with hot oil.
The ritual begins with Shiroabhyanga , a treatment of the head, neck and shoulders, followed by Abhyanga , a truly enveloping treatment of the entire body, combining the warmth of oil, fluid movements and deep touch to invite relaxation.
Then, the treatment continues with Mukhabhyanga, a facial treatment.

The Ritual of Plants & Khizis
Discover the world of Kizhi, these pouches of plants, leaves or rice prepared according to Ayurvedic traditions, then applied to the body with a rhythmic and enveloping touch.
Depending on your needs and the intention of the treatment, the ritual can take the form of a Podikizhi, Elakizhi or Navarakizhi . It continues with a Shiroshampi, a traditional Indian head and scalp massage, then with a Padabhyanga, a traditional foot treatment accompanied by the Kansa bowl.
